Supervision should feel supportive, not like you’re being called into the headteacher’s office…
If you’re a counsellor looking for warm, thoughtful online supervision, I provide a space to reflect on your client work, grow in confidence, and feel genuinely supported.

About me as a supervisor
I’m an integrative counsellor and supervisor, bringing the same warmth, curiosity, and respect into supervision that I bring into my counselling work.

I see supervision as a collaborative partnership, not a hierarchy. My aim is to create a safe space where you can bring the real work, the sessions that felt meaningful, the ones that left you unsure, and the moments you’re thinking “Did I handle that the right way?”

My style is supportive, reflective, and gently challenging. Together we explore client dynamics, ethical decisions, boundaries, professional development, and just as importantly, your wellbeing as a practitioner. Online supervision offers flexibility and consistency wherever you are.

Who I Work Best With
I work with trainee counsellors, newly qualified counsellors, and experienced practitioners seeking supervision that is supportive, reflective, and human-focused.
You might be someone who:
• Wants honest conversations about your therapeutic work
• Aims to grow in confidence and develop your own voice
• Appreciates gentle challenge alongside encouragement
• Values a supervision space that is human, thoughtful, and collaborative
My integrative background allows me to work flexibly with different approaches and modalities.
Areas covered in supervision
• Online counselling supervision
• Integrative counselling supervision
• Trainee counsellor supervision
• Newly qualified counsellor support
• Ethical decision-making and reflective practice
• Counsellor wellbeing and burnout awareness
Friendly Invitation
Finding the right supervisor is important, so if my approach resonates with you, please do reach out. I’m happy to have an informal initial chat to see if we’re a good fit, no pressure, just a friendly conversation.

If you’re feeling a little hesitant, that’s normal, many counsellors tell me they felt the same before sending that first message.
