I honestly believe that provided with the right tools and support, we all have the strength within ourselves to overcome life’s most challenging and painful experiences.
Together, we will work with a variety of established techniques and theories to develop a tailor made strategy to cater for your needs. These methods and strategies will help empower you to take a step back, break the cycle and constructively reflect on your situation. Once you understand the root cause of negative feelings, actions and behaviours, you can then begin the process of making changes for the better.
We will also work with your nervous system to bring internal calmness. For instance, trauma and anxiety are both very physical responses that happen in the body. These overwhelming sensations often makes it difficult to cope not only in the moment but also in our day to day life. Equally, depression can immobilise us, making it extremely challenging to carry out daily tasks.
Have you ever wondered how some people are able to go through such traumatic events and not be traumatised or have never experienced the debilitating experience of depression? Through helping you to understand and regulate your nervous system, you are better able to manage stressful situations in a calm and less internal and external reactive manner.

We will arrange a regular weekly or fortnightly slot and book your first session.
